Only Farm Fresh Ingredients
The Jellybear Jelly Company was established in 2013 with the goal of producing and selling a delicious line of jams, jellies, and marmalades. Matt Weathersby continues his family's tradition of using farm-fresh ingredients to create premium jams and jellies. His mother would purchase farm-fresh apples and peaches, and then she would wash and peel them before dicing them. The kitchen would soon be filled with the sweet aroma of apples and cinnamon cooking atop the vintage stove in their little kitchen. Though her daylong efforts would always tire her out, the pantry was well-stocked with tasty jams.
