Homemade Toaster Pastries

Simple and straightforward, toaster pastries are great breakfast items that are easy to make, prepare, and serve. All you need is a pastry or pie crust to roll out and cut into rectangles. Spoon out our jam onto half of the rectangles and place them onto the other rectangles with egg white to glue them down. Use a fork to press down on the edges and prick holes on the top. Bake at 375° F until golden brown. Store in the freezer and take them out to heat in the toaster for a quick breakfast or snack.
